How to apply your Australian Gold Plant-Based SPF 30 Lotion

• Apply your sun cream 20 minutes before sun exposure
• Can be layered with tanning lotion, which is applied immediately before sun exposure
• Reapply your sun cream (and tanning lotion) every two hours as a minimum. This frequency should be increased if swimming, sweating or towel drying.
